We provide social activities, clubs and activity groups for people with physical and learning disabilities aged 18 and upwards. Our services include individual activities and a day package. See the full list of Wot’s Up services here.
Wot’s Up is based in The Meeting Place, Whitehouse Ipswich.
In The Meeting Place we have a café where you can enjoy a tasty lunch or just pop in for a tea or coffee and chat. We’ve also got two function rooms where we hold quiz nights, discos and other social events and have a dartboard, table football and other games for you to enjoy with your friends.

Adapted tag-along bikes for hire - We now have two tag-along bikes you can hire.
Come along to our weekly music group - Come along to our Music Group — everybody's welcome! The group meets weekly and covers a wide range of music, working towards putting on a show. We also have sensory instruments.
Do you want to play football? Wot’s Up Warriors needs you! - Our Wot’s Up Warriors football team is looking for more players.
Would you like to play Boccia? - Boccia is a ball game for wheelchair users. The aim of the game is to throw balls as close as possible to a target ball (or ‘jack’). Boccia is one of the sports in the Paralympic Games. If you’d like to play come along to The Meeting Place on Mondays 4pm-5pm.
Cameron picked for Special Olympics - Wot's Up customer Cameron Sherman has been picked to play badminton in the Special Olympics in Sheffield next August 2017.
